Ronnie & Pam Mingua and the whole jerky-lovin' family invite you to chew on a piece of something special. Our beef jerky isn't your average mystery-meat mash up. Nope. We keep it old-school: real, solid cuts of beef, sliced with love and dried to perfection.


It all started back in June of 1994
. . . right in the bluegrass fields of Paris, KY. Ron had a hunch that local farmers might go for a snack that tasted like actual beef. (Spoiler: they loved it) Since then, our recipe has become a full-blown family tradition, lovingly passed down and perfected - because legends deserve to be shared.
