What makes your jerky different?

We use whole cuts of beef, not pressed meat. It’s sliced by hand and dried slow for max flavor.

Do you make your jerky in your plant start to finish?

Yes, we make our jerky in our plant each and every day.  We start by cutting the entire round of beef, slice, marinade, dry, and package the jerky each day.

Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?

Yes! Buy 5 of the same 3.5oz flavor and get 10% off. Subscribe every 15, 30, 45, or 90 days.

How long does it take from start to finish to make your jerky?

From the time we place the beef in the dryer it takes about three hours.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Where does your beef come from?

We have several companies that supply our beef.  The companies are located in the US. We only use American beef.

Are you really USDA inspected each day?

Yes we sure are.  The USDA inspectors come in at least twice a day.

What is your return policy?
